Mr. Hubert Lester, CPA recently completed multiple Sarbanes Oxley related engagements for commercial clients of Deloitte & Touche, and spent two months in 2005 working on a special Reconciliation Project with Bearing Point. He is a supervising senior/assurance specialist at TCBA Watson Rice LLP and has over eleven years of extensive professional accounting, auditing and tax experience in private, government and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Lester serves as a senior auditor on various government and commercial entities, including the joint audit of Metro North Railroad with Deloitte & Touche. He has also performed Single Audit – OMB Circular A-133 engagements for several not-for-profit organizations.
